Diedre was highly professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with! She came to
Scripps park by the ocean and taught a yoga class as part of a women’s retreat. She is
a wonderful teacher, knowledgeable and shared modifications of poses to make it
inclusive of all participants. Diedre incorporated spiritual affirmations in a way that was
very congruent with our retreat “vibe”. And loved the reminders to “look at the ocean”!

Diedre was such an amazing instructor and such a beautiful soul. We had the
opportunity to have her lead our yoga session for my sister’s bachelorette weekend in
Palm Springs and she was truly exceptional. I would definitely recommend her to
